We utilize high-sensitivity metal detecting equipment to scan for buried iron surveyor pins, stakes, and boundary monuments beneath soil, grass, and brush.
Service Parameters & Rates
- Standard Scope: This service covers the search for up to two (2) property markers.
- Standard Search Window: Each booking includes up to 1 hour of active, dedicated field searching.
- Extended Search Rate: If additional time is required due to thick brush, deep burial, or complex terrain, extended scanning is available at $25.00 per additional half-hour.
Please Note: While we utilize advanced detection equipment and thorough search methods, the location of buried property markers is not guaranteed. Success depends entirely on whether the pins are still physically present and within detectable depth. Service fees cover our specialized labor, equipment use, and time spent grid-searching the property, regardless of whether the markers are successfully located.
